Andy is the Director of Strategic Expansion at Cheme Engineering, he is a seasoned professional engineer with over 35 years of progressive experience in construction, engineering, and project management. His expertise spans the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology sectors, with a strong background in automation and controls for both process and building automation systems.
As a senior leader at major biotech and solid-dose manufacturing companies, Andy brings a deep understanding of operations, maintainability and compliance readiness, ensuring practical, long-term solutions in every project.
Over the past 20+ years, Andy has played an active role in implementing and maintaining compliant facilities, equipment and systems. Andy has additionally been a key person during FDA/HBFBI/ANVISA and European agencies during regulatory audits including direct auditor interaction as well as coaching for SME’s.
Andy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
